2018 Site rent from £3,250 (£2,708.33 +VAT)*
Caravan Season: 1 March - 10 January
*quoted site rent includes a discount of £200 for 'early payment' and a discount of £150 for insuring on the parks block policy.
Caravans - closed period; you can visit your caravan during the daytime, but are not permitted to stay overnight between 10 January & 1 March of any given year.
Lodges - we have a 12 month holiday licence for lodges
Caravan & Lodge owners must provide us with a permanent UK address as we are not a residential park)

Siting Fees currently from £7,000 depending on pitch size. Siting includes steps, patio, railings (where necessary), transport, crane, gas and elctric connections & TV aerial.
We currently have no 20' twin plots available, however there are a couple of new units for sale, see above. We will have a 29' x 20' plot available for the 2018 season. If you are interested in this plot or if you wish to be added to our waiting list please contact the office.
Note; Twin units will incur an additional fee for assembly ('joining together'), please ask.
*where only a £500 deposit is given this is valid for 30 days.
Why not "try before you buy"... simply book a holiday with us and pay as normal, if you buy a caravan within 30 days of the start of your holiday we will knock the cost of your holiday off the price of the caravan... simply quote 'holiday discount' at time of purchase
